Vinny Magalhaes Year End Highlight Video

Vinny Magalhaes, is one of the hardest working dudes out there. He fought for us all year long and we are proud to say he went undefeated for Team Hostility and brought home a Light Heavy Weight title in M1 Global. Here is a video the good people over at Sanchez Media Group (SMG) sent us this week. Best of Luck this year Vinny and SMG!

MAGIC TRADE SHOW

Come see us in Vegas!

Hostility’s A and J Racing rides Las Vegas Concrete Indoor!

This weekend was Gene Romero’s indoor polished concrete short track  at South Point Casino.  It was also Jimmy Wood’s first race back after his bad hand surgeries and marked Mike Rush’s first race underneath Hostility Clothing and first race of 2012.  The riders are always a bit excited and nervous at the start of this weekend, because indoors are usually pretty physical and there is a really good chance your going to hit the deck by the end of the weekend.  Needless to say our riders were ready to do some damage.

Friday’s race was a bit rough for Jimmy.  In the heat race he thought he timed the start perfectly and grabbed the hole shot only to see the red flag come out.   Guess he was a little quick on the draw, they sent him to the penalty line for the restart and he was only able to work up to 4TH at the finish.  Jimmy had an outside front row start for the semi and finished 4TH in it as well, which sent him to the B-main.  Jimmy finished 6TH in the B-main and that is where his night ended.  He struggled a little with set up and felt pretty rusty but says he is happy that his hand and arm feel great.  Mikey Rush put it in the Main event his first race for A&J Racing and Team Hostility and earned a podium spot, riding like an animal!

Saturday’s race was a little better for Jimmy.  He  changed tires which helped a lot and made him feel a little less rusty also. He finished 4TH in his heat, but was on pace today, The top 5 of the riders finished nose to tail.  He grabbed the last transfer spot to the A-main in the semi and ended up 9TH in the main event.  Overall it isn’t where  he wants to be or where he is used to running, but he is happy to leave healthy.  Mikey Rush stole the holeshot in his heat and won sending him straight to the main event.  He rode consistent all night and finished in the 3rd spot on the podium again.  Mikey is clearly riding like a beast and Jimmy is healing well.  Overal a very impressive first weekend for Mikey and Jimmy, they look forward to Daytona Beach this March 15/16th.
